This system is similar to larger payment services like PayPal or Stripe.
Once the user registers an account with PayMaker,
he/she can fund the account using his/her existing PayPal, CoinPayments,
or bank account. The account can also be funded by a credit/debit card.
Once funds are in the PayMaker account, they can be instantly transferred
to another PayMaker user's account. The recipient can then withdraw the
funds to his/her own PayPal, CoinPayments, or bank account.
Unfortunately, once a transaction is complete it cannot be canceled.
Member to member transactions are processed instantly. External
transactions (e.g. deposits and withdrawals) will depend on the
3rd party payment processors.
